i'd like help please

Hey guys. When I try to log in, it says my ID is already logged in or the server is undergoing a server check.
But, when I go on the site, it says the server is ONLINE. Also, I can't seem to be able to use the User CP. When I try to log in, it says I have an invalid username, even though I can use it when playing the game. :\

I've also already played, it happened like 20 minutes after my first gameplay.

help please!

the thing is, I wanna keep my character and his name. :\

is there a way to fix the User CP? I think I could use a character fix from there or something.

I meant make a new account and ask popper for help =P

the problem is that you're account is stuck.
How?...well if someone like popper or mike just restart the server just like that and you're in the game then you will be stuck
there is a command for a gm to dc everyone and them not being stuck.but the gm's don't seem to use it.

To get you're account back all you have to do is ask martin to unstuck you.
