IP Banned...

Today while I was playing this server my friend came over and wanted to try it out. Therefore I made him an account called Omg123, after this I left to go to my scouting fundraiser. When I came back I saw him opening my trainer from when we were allowed to hack. I told him to stop it, but he convinced me that he was going to use something harmless like fly hack. However, I saw him start doing damage hacks and get banned. So can you unban my ip and just ban his account? I would really like to play again.
